Terms of service

• You must give accurate information and keep it current. Impersonation and fabricated credentials are grounds for removal.
• Athletes under 16 need verified guardian consent before their profile becomes discoverable.
• Organisation accounts must complete verification before contacting athletes.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.

• No harassment, discrimination, or contact that puts a young athlete at risk.
• No scraping, bulk extraction, or resale of profile data.
• No fees demanded from athletes for trials or selection through myStriide introductions.
• No misleading opportunity listings, and no listings you are not authorised to post.
• No attempts to bypass verification, guardian consent, or messaging controls.

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these rules. Safeguarding breaches are actioned immediately and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

You keep ownership of the profile information, media and records you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display that content to the audiences you have chosen, for as long as your account is active. Turning off discoverability or deleting your account ends that display.

Paid plans renew for the term you selected until cancelled. Prices are shown in your local currency including applicable tax where required. Cancellation stops the next renewal; we do not pro-rate part-periods unless the law where you live requires it. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never store card details.

Experts are independent professionals, not employees or agents of myStriide. We verify credentials where they are provided and label what has and has not been checked, but we do not guarantee outcomes of any engagement. Agreements for paid services are between the expert and the buyer.

myStriide is a discovery and development platform. We do not promise trials, contracts, scholarships, sponsorship or selection, and we never charge for a promise of them.

The service is provided as-is to the extent the law allows. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes are notified in-product and versioned on the privacy commitments. You may close your account at any time from Settings. Questions: privacy@striide.app.
