Build myStriide with us as a Founding Design Partner

The myStriide Founding Design Partner programme is open to the first 1,000 clubs / academies and the first 1,000 experts / providers who apply and are accepted. Places are allocated in the order applications are received.

Accepted partners get 6 months of free access to their full workspace from the date their account is activated. Every member of a founding club, and every athlete or club who joins through a founding expert, gets 3 months free.

At the end of the free period nothing is charged automatically. We will contact you before it ends so you can choose a plan, stay on the free tier, or leave. Your data is never deleted just because a free period ends.

Founding partners are design partners, not just early users. We ask that you genuinely use the product and tell us what works and what does not.

Clubs: check your inbox regularly, reply to athletes and experts, and use the core features — opportunities, trials, shortlists, fees and broadcasts.

Experts: keep your availability current via the scheduling integration, respond promptly to enquiries and bookings, and run at least one event or workshop during the programme.

Both: take part in a short monthly feedback check-in, and flag bugs or friction as you hit them. If a partner is inactive for a long period we may end the free arrangement and move the place to someone on the waitlist — we will always contact you first.

We help you grow. That includes featured placement in the relevant directory, promotion of your opportunities, workshops and services through myStriide channels, co-marketing where you want it, and warm introductions to athletes, clubs and experts in your region.

You get priority support and a direct route to the product team.

We will only use your name and logo to identify you as a founding partner while you are in the programme, and we will stop on request.

You can keep collecting fees and subscriptions your own way. Add your own payment or fee-collection links to myStriide and we charge you nothing for it — the money never touches us.

If you do not have a collection facility, Striide can collect on your behalf. A standard processing fee applies purely to cover payment-provider and operating costs; it is normally 2–5% depending on regional card and bank rates, and the exact rate for your country is confirmed in writing before anything goes live.

During the free period there are no subscription charges of any kind. Processing fees, where you choose to use our collection, are separate from subscription pricing.

Striide is here to help you run more efficiently, save time and add value for your athletes and members — not to add another admin burden.

After the first 6 months, and only if you are happy with the service and Striide has met the success criteria agreed between us, you agree to move onto a paid subscription.

Subscription fees are those published on our pricing page. Pricing may change over time, and founding partners will always receive preferential rates over standard pricing.

Where no success criteria have been agreed in writing between us, the published Striide product roadmap is used as the reference for whether we have delivered what we said we would.

As a design partner you will see things before the public does: unreleased features, roadmap plans, pricing experiments, designs, prototypes and pre-release materials. Please keep those confidential and use them only to take part in the programme.

This works both ways. Anything you share with us that is marked or obviously confidential — your commercial arrangements, member data, internal plans — we keep confidential too.

The obligation lasts for the programme and for 2 years afterwards. It does not apply to information that is already public, that you already knew or independently developed, that a third party gave you lawfully, or that you must disclose by law or a regulator — in which case, tell us first where you legally can.

Striide owns the platform: the software, designs, interfaces, brand, documentation, and any improvements or derivative works that come out of the programme.

You keep everything of yours: your brand, your content, your materials. You grant us a limited licence to display your name, logo and listing on the platform and in founding-partner communications while you are in the programme.

Feedback, ideas and suggestions you give us can be used freely, worldwide and without restriction, to improve myStriide. No compensation is owed for feedback, and you are never obliged to give any particular idea.

Nothing in this programme creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or exclusivity relationship, and neither side is obliged to enter any further agreement.

You own your data and your members' data. Where you upload or generate member records, you are the controller and Striide acts as processor on your instructions.

We run the platform to UK GDPR, EU GDPR and India's DPDP Act 2023, with verified guardian consent for young athletes, purpose-limited processing, encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, a published subprocessor list and a documented breach process. The detail sits in our Trust centre and privacy commitments.

You can export your data, request corrections, ask us to delete an account, and off-board entirely at any time — no notice period, no exit fee, no hostage-taking of your records. Deletion requests are handled through our self-serve data-rights flow.

Either side can end the founding-partner arrangement at any time, in writing, for any reason. If you leave, your free period ends, your data stays available for export, and you can request deletion.

If we end it, we will tell you why and give you reasonable notice unless there is a safeguarding, security or legal reason to act immediately.

This programme is provided as-is while the product is being built. We will fix things quickly, but a founding partner accepts that features may change and occasional rough edges are part of being early.
