Make a data request
If you have a myStriide account you don't need this form — Settings → Privacy lets you export, correct, restrict and delete your data yourself, immediately. Use this form if you don't have an account, or you are a parent or guardian acting for an athlete.
What happens next
We log your request, verify it by replying to the email address you give, and respond within one month. We will tell you if we need to extend that, and why. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly excessive.
