Role Description The Gymnastics Instructor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The instructor will lead gymnastics classes for children and adults, demonstrating techniques, supervising practice, and ensuring safe use of equipment. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering skill-appropriate lesson plans, guiding participants through warm-ups, drills, and routines, and offering constructive feedback to support progress. The role also involves monitoring safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized training area, communicating with participants and caregivers, and assisting with program development and scheduling. The Gymnastics Instructor is expected to collaborate with the wider coaching team and contribute to a supportive, inclusive training environment.Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Education and Gymnastics, with the ability to demonstrate and teach skills safely and effectively. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with participants, caregivers, and colleagues. Proven Teaching experience, ideally in gymnastics or related sports, with skill in creating structured lesson plans and adapting to different levels. Knowledge of injury prevention, basic first aid, and safe training practices. Ability to motivate and encourage learners of diverse ages and backgrounds in a non-discriminatory, inclusive manner. Relevant certifications in coaching, physical education, or gymnastics instruction are preferred. Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing schedules and class administration.
